I can confirm this has nothing to do with roll backs. Our fbalance is also being reset every restart. No matter how long ago the money was deposited, we had money in our fbalance for a good 2 hours and it got reset.

It's a little redundant. Just ignore Magc completely and don't give them any reason what so ever to attack you.
