There are Deagles, they just don't have public access.

Some people may have a designated location in mind for their own house for superficial purposes that is too far out of the city to really make any good of it other than purely role play. They may like to have another area to spawn near a common-place, and still be able to use their original location...

I was merely referring to the fact that one is charged to use that message delivery system. But would obviously have to be more expensive than /sms or /call.
