When we're at 50% health (or lower if it's been levelled), we start losing health. How about if we're not too injured (85% health or more), we recover HP bit-by-bit? It doesn't have to be huge, maybe gaining at half the rate someone would lose by bleeding. People in gunfights wouldn't be invincible ...

from a skill standpoint, the Jester is a lot easier of a car to drive than Buffalo. quick acceleration and sharp handling with or without an e-brake make it a very forgiving car, and while you won't get the same high-end performance you would out of a Buffalo it'll make everything else heaps nicer.
