I believe it doesn't let anyone drive your car even if it is /unlocked, that means that they couldn't "hotwire" it and take off with your car without you giving them a key. (I am not sure if this applies to cops)

This is actually a great idea, no more in /n do we have to say/show where a location is, just tell them to do /location. I like it.
