Not sure if this is purposely or what, but sometimes I can go back and forth from the 24/7 without having to wait for a cooldown, other times I can drop 3 cars in the time it takes.

I relogged twice in an attempt to fix the problem, in the end Nurgle told me to /quitfaction

While I was online? My /stats still said I was a hitman and I could still do /portable

Was a hitman temporarily, the command to show the current hits worked for a bit. I did f4 and /kill to change my skin then after that it just showed the message

'You are Not a Hitman!'
