why dont you just look at the list and call everyone one by one to see if they need help (so you figure if theyre alts or not) and then wire them some cash?

This would make our job a million times harder. I've already done a 40 minute chase with someone who's tyres seemed strangely impervious to my shooters bullets (they might have just been a crap shot). Unless you made it so there was a seperate command like /tyres or something, and it charged you so...
