Personally, I agree. 30 seconds is too long for a claim to be happening. 10 seconds is too short. 15-20 seconds would be alright, but that's just me.

This is a good idea by itself, but it's not fair to people getting 'stung' by cops. There's no way they can know that you're a cop. Also, irl, you can't change your face within an eye blink.

This happens to me, as well. All the time! In my case, it has something to do with playing with a laser mouse, the kind with the red light thingy underneath the mouse. If you're not using the right kind of pad underneath, or no pad in my case, the lazer sometimes goes bazooka and just keeps spinning...
