when you're on fire the only thing you can do to stop it is get in and out of a car over and over. you can't shoot, you can't sprunk. you're pretty much dead from full life to 0. Theres a bug in SAMP where you can be hardly harmed from fire. I can survive a molotov and only lose very little health.

if you cbug them, they don't fire rockets on yur screen but they do for others, so you can just shoot everyone around you without even risking being hit by your own explosion + you don't loose ammo.
