yeah i tried to change spawn but it still wont spawn

I just bought myself a buffalo, i allready had an tahoma with hotwire locks, so i blew up my tahoma and my buffalo spawned but it said i couldnt hotwire it so i tried to give myself a key but it still wouldnt work. So i found out i would use that /cellin bug and drive my car to the water to respawn ...
