Gang Territory
Gang Territory: This proposition comes from a number of 'think-tanks' held over the last year between myself and Sidorov. It deals with the promotion of role-play and far more use of the game map. We propose that each gang is given a defined 'territory' to which it possesses. This territory would b...

Re: Hitmen Suggestion (Range Void)
The old faction had quite a bit of abuse, which in the end resulted in a chunk of bannings. We play by a fairly strict set of rules and any issues involving exploiting, metagaming or any other forms of abuse are dealt with promptly. So, once again I say: If anyone has an issue with a hitman, just br...

Re: Hitmen Suggestion (Range Void)
I just want to know a couple of things regarding this whole hitman delma, is it possible for a hitman to return money to the person who called the hit Only if they want to get their ass booted. We have an -extensive- list of rules and procedures that are enforced very strictly. Hitmen are reconned ...

Re: Hitmen Suggestion (Range Void)
Honestly Gook there is only one reason for this suggestion to exist. It exists so that people can follow hitmen around all the time so that on the off chance a hitman dies from something, everyone following him could immediately have their contract nulled.

Re: Hitmen Suggestion (Range Void)
Stop being a dickwad. It's not the hitmens fault that you get contracts all day everyday. I was just about to say this same thing, if you are getting killed by hitmen a lot then quit being a fucking jerkoff. According to him the only reason he is having contracts placed on him is people exploiting ...

Joe_Dirt, sprinting away in a straight line works just fine. Try it, you'll live. Zig zagging exploits lag and is quite faggy.

Re: Hitmen contract attempts suggestion
He is making a suggestion, its about limiting the number of times a hitman can reasonably go after a target. Im not sure whats batshit about what are probably his personal observations. Sadly Rod I think in terms of game coding, there is no way to measure how many times one player dies in attemptin...

I thought chicken running referred to zig zagging while sprinting during a fire fight to exploit lag?

Re: FBI /recon revamp
That's a good idea too. It could be a room where we watch the LSPD car cameras. Speaking of which, let's make it so we can recon cops while in their cars. They so rarely get out on patrol.

Re: /frisk
Yeah, I mean generally speaking the only gun new players use is the MP5 and it's not very powerful. I was thinking like... Lightly Armed: sdpistol, katana, bat, flowers, golf club Armed: MP5, the Hitman level 1 package (which is, and I'm thankful!) and shotgun then Heavily Armed: Rifle, Sniper Rifle...

Considering MP5 is a level 2 gun, I think it's supposed to be 'Armed'. I thought anything above Rifle was 'heavily armed'

Re: FBI /recon revamp
Having an agent monitor the LSPD is the best thing for both groups. I also suggest we have a SECOND recon van put in. This second one is not to leave the garage and only used to monitor the LSPD. That way LSPD reconing doesn't take away from recon operations.

Re: Yardies as the Second Family
Yeah. Jamaican crime lords are hot shit in the ghettos. That's why they make such a good RP nemesis for the mafia. A big organized 'business' crime family competing with a group of powerful crime lords.
