With the way socks fill up around here, it would only take ~4 hours for someone to reach level 6 merc. In 3 days someone could already have 3 skills up to level 6. The hardcore sockers would have all of them done by the end of the weekend.

Then people wont level up and just save up there money. Also, level 15 takes forever to get to. While it is fun to RP a medic, its a waste of time to do anything with the faction. Only giving medics 10-30 seconds to reach you isn't enough time, and people would end up waiting too long for a medic and die out anyways.
