Deffinite support, both leaders are very good roleplayers and I trust they will bring more roleplay to the server. Buying drugs from a drug dealer that stands on a corner would be a lot more fun than somebody sprinting up to you in front of a police station.

It seems like at level three they start sprouting at 16 minutes, so I'm guessing they start sprouting at:
Level
1 - 20 mins
2 - 18 mins
3 - 16 mins
4 - 14 mins
5 - 12 mins
6? - 10 mins
And then it's random time left.

Why not make so that the money you get after you sell a car is as much as the respective cars insurance? cops would drop the sultans and turismos all the time for like 25-50k. something would have to be done about those cars. Government vehicles shouldn't be allowed to be dropped then, only non-own...

being able to deal out 60grams without the use of a trunk/flocker seed/drug prices lowered being able to buy 60g or 6 seeds at the dh Personally I think they should make weed growing faster per DD level to synergize with the new weed system. But it's not like it even costs a penny to raise DD anymo...

I mean at level one drug dealing, you can just buy seeds and get 60 pot like that, what perks does a level 5 drug dealer get above a level 1 drug dealer?

I don't really think the joined locker is a good idea, but if it wouldn't take too much work, couldn't you just make it so once somebody /accepts room mate it kind of creates a faction locker that only the two can access? If not just have it so they each have their own locker.
