I have seen a server that kicks everyone with a non-rp name. I really do not think it is necessary to jail people for such thing though. Some names might be "retarded" as you say, but you have to remember that this is a light role-play server.

Would also be nice if something were added so that you have the ability to talk back to the pilot similar to /int command.

Not a bad idea. I think it would pretty cool if you were to do some epic plane ops with this in affect. Other than that it would be useful to those who use planes for such.

The shark was placed there for a reason. I haven't seen many or anyone abuse it. Perfect thing to do when you need to teach someone a lesson.

SF is a pretty good place to move, but I don't think Fort Cartson is Terribly bad. Sure its a bit small and could use some more room to play around in buy overall its not to bad.
