Medics won't work because the /heal command can be abused, from what I heard. I didn't read the taxi part because szr has/had multiple taxi factions and they always burn out/become worthless.

When an admin /togreport's on someone it removes their cellphone for that period of time. If you wait a few hours you should regain the ability to use your cellphone. Try not to /report stupid stuff.
