I never really liked this idea. If admins want, they could charge upwards of 500k a month for locked gang cars. Only for established gangs of course.

Dangerous is that semi-illegal guns like knifes, deagles and snipers can then be spread. I think that in many situations this will turn into an excuse for having a gun (towards admins and towards law enforcement). Therefor it won't be easy (it has to be double checked in the code that it's allright...

There's no need to make the in-city matruns worth more. Ideally, the SF matrun should be more risky or worth a little less. Also if there were any FBI presence besides Will Smif, they could regularly block off the tunnel and do random security screenings (not arresting anyone unless they resist) to...
