If you run Windows 7: Run GTA and SA:MP in administrator mode! Why? Because your gta3.img file is only altered in the non-administration-ed way(hopefully), which means you can simply run as administrator to play SZR without mods. W7 only alters your administrator-ed filed if you ran IMG Tool or what...

I really like these ideas, and they would be great, but there's one thing I would like to see with the Firemen faction. As Rachael managed to somehow sync flames(she said so atleast..), someone could buy explosives from somewhere and set peoples houses on fire, but there must be at least one fireman...
