For 1. Those could be just written by you so SS's would have been better or admins checking the logs. You should never blade-kill and I see you know this. I don't know what happened but also, if he doesnt answer your calls you should have SMS'd him.

The video you just posted shows nothing but stupidity on all of your parts. If you were getting run over why didn't you get to higher ground so then he couldn't hit you? And for the first video, if he called you up and tried to make things better (since accidents do happen) then I see no point in continuing to attempt to get him in trouble.
