My password for Serena_Velasco needs to be changed, my cousin keeps going on it and stealing my money etc...

You just have to prove somehow that you are you, and not your cousin, that is the hard part, because you both use the same connection. I suggest you get your gang to help you with this, when I am ingame, and also I would recommend you change your rank to 4 until this is fixed.

Does your cousin play on another account?
