A new way of interest on your paychecks

Hey, as you've all noticed, theres no interest in SZR.
so what is the point of having a level 10 house?
if a level 9 house has exactly the same interior!

my suggestion would fix that, so here's the idea.

I know that the high interest really messes up the economy of szr.
but why not make it lower?
so the idea is,
every house level + 1k interest..

level 1, 1k interest
level 2, 2k interest
level 3, .....

this is not to much, but it will give you a little boost with your paychecks,
if you think this is to high, you maybe should think about making it 500 dollar each level.

the main goal of my suggestion is, that people buy level 10 houses again.
people with millions on their bank accounts sometimes just take a level 1 house,
because it would be a waste of money to get a higher level house.

maybe just make a /heal spot in a level 10 house.
maybe a /armor spot in a level 10 house, (for 50% armor, not more and only for the owner of the house)

well a level 10 house costs 500k , and it would mean that you gain extra 10k per check? so within 50 checks you gain back your money and starting profitting even more.

I wouldn't mind this as i own a level 10 house , but i doubt they would do it.
looking that sometime ago , they would take cash out of checks for houses...

and about the profit, thats the point that would make it more usefull to buy a level 10 house.

To my knowledge we had interest before I quit SZR for a few months. I'm thinking they had good reason to remove it since the likely problem was inflation and I've seen it before on SZR. If the big people up stairs don't want it in, then that's that.

the reason behind that deleting the "interest" was that the high level houses gave way to much interest.
i dont know the ammounts, but what ive heard it was around 30k from a level 10 house,
that was just way to big of a boost for your paycheck..

Perhaps people that actually own their property via the Property Registry could get a little interest. Of course it would mean the ridiculously rich/old guard would get richer and the poor/latecomers stay fucked. Probably would be annoying to code it that way too.

I asked Rachael why they removed the interest thing and she told me because people were making over 150k within an hour and people were buying airplane licenses and name changes and all that shit and the admins were up to there necks in name changes and giving pilot liceanses and all that other shit that they barley had anytime to themselves so the removed the interest and now it's very hard to get name changes or Pilot license because they just want to relax and enjoy the server like the rest of us, which is completely understandable..... Maybe they should pass some of that work down to the server mods.... you know, just to make things easier and have things moving more smoothly seriously other than Cris_Bell i haven't seen the server mods do shit around here but abuse there admin commands and just go wild, mabey the only other mod besides Cris_Bell that actually helps out is kitty_mason & Elroy_Jones other than those 3, server mods don't do shit, to me there like SAS but a few admin commands, so please

I really like this idea. In WTFMAN, they had a /heal option for houses, healing whenever you wanted. The armor option, I am not so sure about. Maybe if you could retrieve like 25% armor every 10 minutes or something. I would love to see the /heal option get scripted for level 10 houses though!

If you really script that in won't people be abusing it? Like for instance if your in war with a gang and some mercenaries have broken into your house and starts shooting at you, then you just keep spamming /heal so you basicly won't die.

It'd be better if it had like 5-10 minute cooldown between each /heal.

It's bullshit that you got 30k extra with only 300k in your bank.. when you had a level 10 house, you got about 0,6% of the money in your bankaccount.
