can someone please explain to me what SAS guards can do ? or what they have to do...

They are mall security. They can talk to police/FBI via department chat, and spawn with smoke grenades and a nightstick. They can't really do anything besides /frisk to see what weapons you have on you.

Sometimes S.A.S helps Law Enforcement Official with big riots or fights but rarely. S.A.S can also /cuff and /detain if suspect will do /handsup but its only abused most time.
