Wanted and die no jail time

Got a few stars when rioting today, then got killed but didnt go to jail, spawned back at gang spawn, loged out and loged back in got a cop to do some test su's still same.

Was a cop nearby when you died? That's the only way the stars go away.

Nope stars went away when i died, but i just spawned back at hq might need to test others see if this happens to them too.

You died with wanted level? Usually it just takes your money like 1000+ per star i think. It's not taking you to jail.

It never happened to me. When i died with wanted it just took some of my money. It could be changed tho

Once I was /sued for "Button pressing" (it was on my signature here), a cadet stepped out of nothing, cuffed me, and a SWAT-ted cop killed me with no warning. I ended up in jail saying I evaded arrest.

If you die and a cop is nearby, you go to jail without bail, the time depends on how many stars you have.
If you die with no cop around, and it's only 1 star, you just get fined.
