My idea, lvl 6 for skills!

What about....
ive you are lvl 5 arms or merc or wheel or even any skill,
you can train up to lvl 6 (proablly 1000 guns/drugs/find's/repairs)
it will take some time, but once you are lvl 6 you can also use the skill without having the job.
imagine, sellin drugs and get some guns at the same time
( you could also make, ive idea above is not usable, the contract time 0 ive your skill is lvl 6 )
( or make that you can maximally get 2 skills to lvl 6)

you would be surprised how quickly your skills can reach crazy numbers, for example last time I checked my merc skill was 23,000. So people who grind skills will have too much of an advantage.
