This isn't even a question, Walker is Grove street, and has been Grove street forever. Also OG_Ras (THE BOSS) already said James Walker was in charge while he's away.

In my opinion, James_Walker alone should be the official leader. There is no doubt he's been reppin the green flag for a long time. He's proven he'll stay no matter what and not cut and run in times of inactive or war. No offense but Melissa and any of the others haven't been through what he has and are not cut out for the job. James is a good guy, but he must get on more, and be able to kill that lag he gets, he drops a shitload last time I seen him... And yeah, hes funny and everything, but please get on more, the main thing about being a leader is you must be active, and of course be able to command your members in working together.
