Connecting

When I type in the server info to add it to favorites and connect, it just gets stuck on Retrieving Server Info and if I try to connect it won't connect. Any help?

I added the server by the IP and Port in Favorites. I already had the info. It's just for some reason no matter what I do I can't connect. And I connect to other servers perfectly fine. And I'm in the US, good internet, etc.

If you can't connect, either you or the server is offline.

Except that I can connect to ANY other server and my friend is connecting perfectly fine to SZR. You aren't right all the time.
