Money Bugged or I Got Hacked

Today August 19,09 I logged onto my account name Romaine_Blake.
I went to the bank to get some money to buy a house. I remembered the last time i logged on i have like around 700k+. That was August 17,09. When i log on Today August 19,09 i check my /balance i saw that i had $112 in my bank. I wanna know if this is a glitch or can an admin check the logs to see if i got hacked or something.
