suggestion: Say you go swimming in a river for like 5 minutes and you get out of the water. You take out your cell phone and you try to call or text someone but it doesn't work and you must wait till payday so you can use your cell phone again. You can also be able to buy a "water proof case" for around 200k at 24/7.
