I have kicked Jack and Shawn Wesley due to their inexperience, challanging authority, not following orders, treating members unkindly. - They cauysed chaos when they disrespected the rules, so our RP went out the window.

I really dont like that I am denied, If the minimum level is 5, I dont see why I am too green, I know how the factions work, I treat newbs with equal respect, most of my members are noobs, only because I see their potential and care for them to suceed, other newbs are used for the RPing, because when we try to RP with anyone over level 6, they just say "fuck you" and walk away, or they kill us. Just the way the world works.\
