I haven't finished writing this suggestion yet, but, here's the first half :D :


The countrys suggestion

All right, I love this server and all its features, but I just don't like the fact that Los Santos is the only city that you play in. I suggest get all three cities, and change them into countries for people to live in.

Basic Concept

We divide San Andreas into three parts, Los Santos, San Fierro, and Las Venturas. Each one of them is a country instead of a city. New comers to the server choose which country they want to live in, and then they spawn in that country. Each country should have diffrent Presidents, laws, vehicles, skins, weapons, police departments, armies, jobs, gangs, and houses. Also they can cross the line to other countries, but will gain 4 star wanted level. People are also able to immigrant and tour at the other country, which will not give you wanted levels.

Presidents

President is the most important person in the country. He can change law to whatever he wants, he can legalize drugs, arms dealing, striping or anything as long as it doesn't ruin the server(like changing a country into a DM playground). And the server will have a election one every 20 days(real life that is), and the player with the most votes gets to become the president, and of course, you can't vote for yourself.

Laws

Presidents are able to change laws.

Vehicles

Diffrent countries have diffrent vehicles. But people that live in San Fierro will get the best cars because it is a Car making country.
Since Los Santos is a country with people that are poor, middle level, and mostly gang bangers, so their vehicles would be Lowriders, bicycles, and Faggios(the moped), middle-level SUVs(such as Ranchers, Sandkings, and Landstalkers). Some low level supercars(such as Sabre, Buffalo, Pheonix and Windsor), and last but not least, some low level Saloon(such as Bravura, Cadrona, Clover, Fortune, Glendale and Greenwood).
San Fierro is kind of a Cars and Strip country, so it gets High Level SUVs, High Level Lowriders, FCR-900, Bicycles, and High Level Saloons, Medium Level supercars(such as Alpha, Euros, Infernus, Jester, Uranus and ZR-350).
Las Venturas is a gambler's paradise, people there are either really rich, or really poor, but let's consider really poor people so poor that they can't even afford cars. They will have High Level supercars(such as Sultan, Turismo, Elegy, Cheetah, Bullet, and Banshee), and Medium Level SUVs.

Skins

Los Santos will get mostly gangster looking Skins, and when they spawn, they get full health and 1/2 armor, since people in Los Santos are all tough guys.
San Fierro will get striper skins, and businessman skins.
Las Vanturas will get Gambler skins, and businessman skins.

Weapons

Los Santos is a country full of criminals! So they get the best weapons. Desert Eagles, Combat Shotguns, AK47s, M4s, Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, and best of all, CHAINSAWS AND KNIVES!
San Fierro doesn't have much criminals, so in San Fierro, people only get killed stealthly, so in San Fierro you can buy Sniper Rifles, Knives, Rifles, SdPistols, and M4s.
In Las Venturas, more people was killed from commit suiciding than by weapons, but still, more people was killed in Las Venturas than San Fierro. In Las Venturas, most people are thieves, so in Las Venturas, you can buy weapons Like Knives, sdpstols, and Sniper Rifles.
There are illeagal gunshops in each city that sells illeagal weapons in each country, which sells illeagal weapons in the country, but the price would be 2-3 times the price in the legal country.

Police Departments

LSPD, SAPD, and LVPD,
LSPD is the strongest.
LVPD is the second strongest.
LVPD is the third strongest.

Armies

Oh finally, my favorite part. Each country will have a army, they are stronger than the Police, or even the FBI. Only used when two countries have conflict and starts Wars. Every Civilians become armie person, and these two countries become a DMground for 20 minutes, their objective is to kill the enemy president in 20 minutes, everyone in the country that won the war will get 10k, and the person that kills the enemy president will get 70k. The president of the winning country will get 100k even though he doesn't do anything.
LAOLS: Stands for Liberation Army of Los Santos,
Assault: They are most important part of the Army, they just simply try to shoot others dead. Everytime they kill a enemy they get 500. They have a AK47, a Normal Pistol, and 4 grenades.
Anti-Patroits: Supporting class that is very good against patroits. They have 2 ammo of normal rocket launcher, a MP5, and a knife, If a Anti-Patroit kills a enemy player, he gets 750, if he destroys a Patroit, he gets 1500, and for people inside the Patroit he gets 350.
Engineer: They are the only class capable of driving Patroits. He gets a Shotgun, a pistol, and 15 satchel charges.
Support: They are support classes that helps engineers drive-by on a Patroit, they have a TEC-9, and a knife. And is only choosible if there are more then 4 Engineers.
Medic: They can heal people, each time they heal someone that person recovers 1/2 in 10 seconds. Medics have MP5, pistol, and a knife.
Sniper: They are snipers that kills enemy from distant. They have Sniper rifles, desert eagle and 3 smoke grenade.

With 100+ People on at night, people still complain that they cant find people, or that the streets are empty.

Plus i would need a small army of coders to get this in. Trying to add features to the game and fix the current problems is enought. Let alone adding 2 more citys worth of content.

SF has been done, though. I like LV, but being realistic, there's only so much you can do with it until you drive into the fuckoff suburbs. SF makes for some dramatic chases, and some nice places to live / have gang fights, but it's a little small. I was told ages back that LS was the most varied city - and really it is. It may not be fresh, though....

I love SF, but with LV there's a lot of options for using the surrounding desert for materials runs and such. I'd be happy with any change of pace, but then again, I like Los Santos.
