End the endless chases to SF/LV

So, I was thinking about that if you could add a gate, like the one at PD, at the roads you get out of Los Santons, as the two tunnels up north, the bridge at the beach and the highway at east Los Santos, near the drug house.

The meaning of these gates are to keep people on the run out of the town, as in escaping out to SF and LS for hours ect. These would work like this: If a man just wants to go out of town, they could just /gate or honk their horn or w/e so the gate would get up and you could pass, but if you're wanted with like 2+ stars on your head, they wouldn't open. Ofcourse people could take the the railway out of town, I mean in IRL there's allways some way out of town.

( I understand that there's a lot more ways out of LS than just the railway, but adding these gates would maybe make it look kinda like IRL.. )

Anyways, I know that most civilians/family members won't like this, unless they see the meaning of it, so it's mostly for ending for the cops who cba chasing people out in SF, then LV, then back to LS, then to Lv and Sf again to then be killed, for two stars.

Please, post what ever you think about my idea and yeah, hope it gets added.

Adding border checkpoints would be kind of cool. Although some jackass will probably stand on the other side of the gate and keep the gate closed by spamming /gate.

solutions to this problem that don't involve coding:
1) teach cops to drive better so they can take down eluding vehicles sooner (you don't need a fast sports car to take down a fast sports car)
2) wait for the criminals to re-enter the city, don't waste the time and resources of the entire PD chasing them to bumfuck nowhere while leaving Los Santos unprotected

simple solution:

Put a store inside the pd and in this store officers can purchase a nuclear missile. After paying $100,000,000 they can target a specific wanted person and blow the fuck out of the targeted person. To simulate a nuclear missile, some sort of object or perhaps just a car can drop from the sky and over excessively explode on the target.
