/phblock [number]

I recently got shitted on by one person through sms's, but was reluctant to complete togphone until he logged cause I needed to take phone calls etc. So a really good addition would maybe be a command to block certain numbers. Of course this should only be temporarily. ( For maybe 1-2 hours or until you /phunblock all or /phunblock number or something along those lines. ) Also, so people know you haven't purposely blocked them, give them the message "This players phone is disconnected!" So they won't bother you anymore.
