Reconing

I've noticed how administrators can recon people to see if they are cheating/hacking. I'd like a function maybe in the future where gang leaders (the Boss and Lieutenants) can recon their members. I've had a couple reports of my members attacking people and doing things they shouldn't. I'd like to be able to watch them so I know whether they are doing something they shouldn't.

Anyone like this idea?

You could just ride in the same vehicle with them or follow behind in another car.

Recon for non-admins leaves room for lots of abuse.

I'd recommend you reconnoiter them in-character. Send them on a mission with a fellow gang member, and have him report to you, or even hire someone to do detective work.
