You can withdraw and deposit money in every 24/7.
By Unity, Ganton, Yoshimart and Sici's shop.

Add ATM's all around Los Santos but make it charge access fee's.

When I withdraw $10,000 the ATM will withdraw an additional $100 and move it into the ATM's account as a access fee. $10,000 x 0.01% = $100

If you only have $10,000 in your account, then you will be $100 in debt and your paycheck should recover you.

it would be awsome if that $100 was stored in the ATM and then people could rob ATM's and stuff, it would be cool

My ATM access fee idea was to help prolong the inevitable inflation we'll have.

It would be too easy to rob ATMs. Unless the timer is something like 5 minutes but then it'd get boring, I donno not a bad idea either but needs work.

Each ATM should have a tunnel five times longer than the current 24/7 tunnels.

Theres an ATM in the Car Dealership at Para Tower.
Add one at Cityhall
Add one at the bank car park on the side
Also I don't like the robbing thing.
