If they say, "Hey pull over a second" and ask you for money "Hey man give me some money, please please" and you say "no" then that's pretty much a homeless person asking for money. So in this case no they can't shoot you, unless they're a crazy homeless person.

Pretty sure roleplay wise if 2 gunned men approached you and told you to empty your wallet, you wouldn't resist and you'd hand over your shit. This is the problem with roleplay, no one actually is afraid of death, being shot, ect, everyone roleplays invincible gangster terminators.

I'm actually surprised these two attempted to come up with a rp reason to dm. Because everytime I've seen them they're just driving around shooting anything that moves.
