i say we have the mapping team make a guantanamo bay for all the arabs that fuck up too much, but cops can use it as a place to send terrorists, and the only way to get back is to swim or use a dinghy that spawns once an hour for 5 minutes or something. maybe place it somewhere where the pier is just barely visible.
