Suggestion 1.
For example, let's say a noob is DMING and a admin catches him. He goes to admin jail, gets out and buys another gun. STOP RIGHT THERE he will just go buy another gun, and do it again! So there should be weapon permission, when he is caught dming the admin removes his weapon permission and he can not buy or hold guns/weaponry until a admin gives his weapon permission back.

Maby the department just takes the weapon license away, and you can go pick it up later from the table at PD? Maby some text will pop up saying "you'r license is waiting for you at police department, go pick it or whatever, i don't care."

If you do something that involves vehicle violations and the PD turns this option on while arresting you for example /arrest [ID] [seconds] [Bail] [Bailprice] [Driverslicense (they put 1 here)] then you can not drive a vehicle (but you can be a passenger) until you go back into the PD by probably next paycheck and pick up your license.

the license for dmer's sure but in irl u don't need a license to drive a car.
