I wasn't concerned with the family on an in-game state at the current point in time because I had other issues:

1) your track record (bans, banishes, warnings)
2) the original post of the thread
3) the track record of some of the members

after we had come to an agreement upon waiting a week to reapply, I started watching for in-game activity, complaints on members, etc; the normal stuff I watch for w/ applicants.
Also, just because I'm not on Leone_DiFrenzo, doesn't mean I'm not on a random name keeping an eye out.
