Faction slots

Well me and my friends are planning to create a faction but since there are no available slots we cant create one and we noticed the BMF is not that active anymore before the move so we are hoping that we can create our family now.

well i have been trying to talk to Moe about giving up his faction slot so that my gang could take it, but hes so inactive that i have only had the chance to talk to him once about it for about 5mins and haven't seen him since then.

Well IMO families 10 shouldn't exist, they do nothing and that I know they didn't apply for a slot, and fam7(BMF) is inactive as hell just as fam2(grove)
