Wrecked glendale locks price

Apparently when you offer someone level 1 locks on the wrecked glendale they have to pay 30k for it and you receive only 3k

But on all other cars the price they pay and the money you receive is the same.

Thats because wrecked glendales are not in the housecar list, and default to the highest value.
Don't worry I will lock them for you.
