Camera not acting normally

So here is a picture from a camera in-game.



I thought that cameras were supposed to remove text, and this is why you are supposed to use camera pictures only in the court and such. Maybe its a setting that I have to change, but I thought you didn't have to do the whole f10 thing for a camera.

as far as I can remember cameras have always recorded screen text.

yeah you have to manually remove the text if you dont want them in the picture

its the resolution of his computer if you look closer or put some bright to image you can see the background
