unauthorized spawnchange option - /spawnchange 7 (house)

So yeah, a few minutes ago I had to unrent and rent my house because I couldn't see the '' spawn at house '' option on /spawnchange.
When I had done that, the house option shows but when I type in '' /spawnchange 7 '' it says '' unauthorized spawnchange option ''.

A known bug maybe?

It said that when I tried to /v park my Buffalo that I recently bought, I had to re rent my house. And for some odd reason my sultan has been bugged out.

And yes, the sultan was parked when I bought the Buffalo and re-rented the house. Strange though.
