Changes to tutorial

Instead of just floating 1000 feet in the sky while reading a wall of text, the tutorial might be more effective as a video. Like if it was talking about the police, it would take you to in front of the police station. People might pay slightly more attention instead of just walking away until it's over. Could also show all the jobs and give a quick explanation.

There could also be a short test at the end of it. Simple questions that if you get wrong you have to watch/read the tutorial over.
