Out of all the places in SF you pick the one that is closest to a "hood" theme kinda gangish thing. You should probably chill out on making threads and just wait for the wipe to throw up your gang app:

We're a crime family, we dont mind living in an apartments.
And it's not that ghetto over there.
I also asked conrad where would i need to post our new hq, he said somewhere in the gang app.

Holy fuck that is exactly what I just threw that post up for, to tell you that you are going to have to make a gang app proving that Juke himself said that.
