People whine about losing insurances much, some of, using glitches to destroy someone's car, and some just constantly destroying a car of someone's (random) just by knowing their default park place.

So, I think this is NOT a bug, but a thing that admins made this preventing it from happening again?

Lmao same for me, thought it was a bug report too. Oh welp, yeah, and I think I made what Jake put up clearer.

Yeah its better than losing 64654965 insurances and getting in a huge debt without having any way to get back on track.

it is so easy to tie someone, and now with this thing where you cant park far from your house you just /address and destroy over and over and over and over again because they don't even spawn locked
