Gang Description
The Cosa Nostra is a criminal family which developed in Sicily, Italy. The Cosa Nostra
deals with activities including: smuggling of arms and drugs, as well as loan sharking and protection type services which all involve large sums of money.
Gang History
The history of Cosa Nostra goes back many years into Sicily, Italy. Cousins by the name of Giorgino, Daivd and Freeman had been working hard trying to live up to their family names. As time flew by, the area was becoming more and more dangerous. The cousins called up their long time friend Freeman and looked for a getaway from this godforsaken war zone. Giorgino looked through his phonebook for names and the first to pop out at him was Tony, Tony Morella. Giorgino called Tony and they arranged to move to Tony in a city called Fort Carson. When the 3 of them got there they were desperate to find work, so they set out in search of some careers. Giorgino decided he would join the military for a few years to gain some experience in weaponry and fighting. In the army Giorgino met a man named Ryu. Ryu and Giorgino became very close friends and fought side by side in the same battalion. Meanwhilet Giorgino's cousin, Freeman had begun to make a living working as an apprentice for a mechanic. Freeman began to make some connections with the people whos cars he worked on and used those to his advantage. At the same time, Giorgino's other cousin Tony was studying to become a lawyer and at the same university Gizmo was studying economics. After many years spent studying, in the line of duty, and working on cars, the friends and family decided to reunite. They moved to a little town San Fierro in hopes of starting a family, where they would soon gain, power, knowledge, cash flow, duty, and honor.
Why?
Our family is very established on the server, we can very easily raise the funds to run a completely successful group of hardworking men and women. In addition to the necessary funds, we strive to role play whenever we see anyone at all. Actually, this is our main goal. We believe that RP is an essential part to any gang, to tighten the relationships of the members and the relationships with civilians, police, gangs, and other types of organizations. I believe that I can be a gang leader because I have the time, the patience, and the courage to act when it is necessary. I do things not only to benefit myself but I do them for my closest friends, my family. I also believe that any leader of a gang must have been playing in this server for quite some time now. Because even the best player needs experience in the server where they are wanting to reside. This is another reason why I would be a good leader, I have been in the server for over a year now. I have been in the old mafia, and the new. I witnessed first hand the things that went well, and the things that led to the demise of the gang. Through this experience itself I have gained a lot of knowledge.
