House system?

Can anyone remember the old house system back in LS where you could /buyhouse or whatever anywhere you want, and there was 10 lvls of houses, like level 1 house cost 50k, level 2 cost 100k, it would be pretty cool if we could get that house system back, to be honest i think the current house system sucks.

it was good at first because there was some good roleplay with roommates and other people who lived in the house, now its all gone and i don't see the point of it anymore, just that it is more realistic than before, though irl you don't live with 25 people in one house..

I agree, the new house system is nice and provides for great profits if you get enough to start buying properties. But for practical use, I don't see the need.

Originally, the complaint about the old system is that people were living where you had your house already. This system doesn't fix that at all, in fact, it makes it worse as you are forced to live with other people. I also don't like the limiting factor of where you can live.

Perhaps change the current system a bit. Maybe, you can buy a new house location for like, $1 million or something.

there was something like that when nurgle built custom houses for 500k, but after the main road[carson] got filled with 30 houses and it was so laggy like in arabia roleplay they got removed
