Advertisement Board

Placing an advertisement board at popular hot spots such as the train station and people can advertise their goods or services (Please, don't do something such as "sellin' (A) mats"). The cost of it can be something like the cost of the /ad (which i think is $50 per letter). Certain amount of spots on the board though, and can be reset every 1 or 2 hours, to avoid players missing out. (would have to add a new command, something like /view perhaps).
