Some people hate getting scammed and this would be useful for new players that would like to make decent cash and don't have to worry about scammers. Maybe make this for level 3 and lower so they can learn how to sell mats.

New players need a chance to get started. They are likely unable to defend themselves for some time. They probably don't know how to make safe deals. Do not scam players who are under level 3. Because of this protection, we ask that players level 1 or 2 do not scam. In either case the scam will likely be reversed, and the offending party may be punished.
