aww aker good job bro, 11 days is a long while, its gonna be hard quiting it suddenly forever, so try to reduce the amount of times you smoke, like say, make it 3 times a week, keep this up for 2 weeks, then make it twice a week, and so on. that way its gonna help and reduce your need for smokin, and each puff would be enjoyed more, but at the end you'll realize you don't need it

I tried this and belive me it's the worst idea, you won't even know and you'll smoke more than before, suddenly quit and staying away from them bitches is the best way to quit.
