An OOC scam is something like getting paid and then immediately logging. He literally just took the money and ran, which doesn't fit that standard.

Wow.. He scams cash, he is dming players.. When will you people stop thinking about whats OOC or IC and start thinking abour SZR for one second? I mean I play to RP.. Also Ruzo, there is absolutely no way to tell if you actually tried to kill him or if you are just making shit up to get free money. I think Jin Meshima pointed it out in that thread, if you had a SPAS and only got him down to 91hp before he logged then you're the worst shot since, well, me.

Turn timestamps on, that'll make the next free money attempt you make look more plausible.

Okay Jimothy, Why don't we all go out scamming in IC? Just so then people wont have a case against us when we go to the complaints forum? Seems quite stupid if we have the proof.. We are putting complaints in to make SZR better, not to have a rage

this was a joke as in its fine to scam icly because its ic, scamming is a part of life and you guys kill people on a daily basis so this type of crime isn't against the rules

people are literally scamming hundreds of thousands of dollars with cars, kojiro used to scam millions, and you are basically requesting someone to punish that guy for doing nothing wrong? You lost 90k, get over it.

We're not going to reexamine the scamming rules because Matt Owen returned from an SZR ripoff server and was dumb enough to give someone he didn't even know ninety thousand dollars.
