Alright I was wanting to attatch a bomb to my enemies car to kill him without suspicion or future problems, so my suggestion is that there could be an illegal store or something where you can attatch bombs or bugs to people's cars, for example:
If you attatch the bug you can hear everything they're saying inside the car, and if you attatch the bomb you can set it to expload or have a timer on it to expload.

Both these things existed in the old gamemode and it was really rare to see people using them
